It needed to be easy for customers to use, allow them to understand product configurations and pricing. This custom product configurator enables customers to explore and select their exact needs from a wide array of customizations, including suspension levels, brake systems, engine mounts, and rear ends. While they select their customizations, they generate real time quote summaries that streamline the sales process.

For an elevated customer experience, Fyresite developed a visual product builder using transparent layered PNG and SVG assets, allowing users to see their chassis configurations update in real time.

Lead capture was also enhanced through the integration of the Powerful Form Builder app, which required customers to input key contact details before submitting a quote and automatically synced that data with HubSpot for efficient CRM follow-up.

Lastly, Fyresite leveraged Shopify apps to create a scalable, app-based architecture that fully utilizes the Shopify ecosystem, enabling seamless performance, deeper analytics, and future expandability. Best of all? We did it all without relying external programs or bogging down with heavy custom code.
