Boasting an inventory of over 18,000 products, Fascinations was in need of a new storefront. They wanted to make sure that their online presence that was beautiful on the front-end, but also had a robust back-end to handle their products, fulfillment, and check out needs.
The Solution
The biggest blocker between Fascination’s problem and solution was their eCommerce platform. We migrated them away from Magento 1.X to Shopify Plus.
Front-end modifications included a brand-focused Shopify design and a completely reimagined navigation that decreases friction and increases usability. These solutions bring the Fascinations brand to the forefront while crafting the ideal customer experience.
For the Fascinations team, we were able to refine complex dropshipping/fulfillment services, hone customer experience workflows, simplify tax using Avalara Avatax, and optimize cart functionality checkout.
